Exhibitor Guidelines

bulletAny art work that is considered for The Art & Wine Fest Competition must adhere to the following guideline
bulletArt work categories are:
bulletpaintings: oil, acrylics, watercolor, etc.
bulletdrawings: pastels, colored pencil, pencil, charcoal, ink, markers
bulletcollage: must be 2 dimensional
bulletprints: lithographs, silkscreen, block prints, Giclee
bulletmixed media
bulletcomputer generated art
bulletphotography
bulletSculpture – Metal, Wood, Clay etc…
bulletEach entry considered for the contest in the Art & Wine Fest Competition must be an original in concept, design and execution and may not violate any US copyright laws. Any entry which has been reproduced from an existing photo, painting or any other work produced by another person is a violation of the competition rules and will not be accepted.
bulletThe final decision regarding suitability for the contest in the Art & Wine Fest will be made by a panel of qualified persons of The Art & Wine Fest Committee.

 

ENTRY PROCESS:

Pick up your entry forms at Arts & More Gallery, complete the form and return with your applicable fees.

1.      Outside No Cover - $150.00

2.      Outside Under Cover - $175.00

3.      Inside Building – $200.00

These forms must be received by August ,15, 2007. Registration must be paid prior to the event..

 

 All Artist must accompany the works during the show:

September 2, 2007

 “The Art & Wine Fest” awards ceremony will be held on the main stage at the winery at 7 p.m. the evening of the event

AWARDS:

1St Prize Blue Ribbon  -  $300.00

2nd Prize Red Ribbon - $150.00

3rd Prize White Ribbon – $50.00

 A.)  Open to all artists:

C.)  All works of art must be original completed by the artist presenting the art work.  

E.) There will be a first second and third place winners

Each work of art should be matted and framed. All 3-dimensional works must be free standing or held by an appropriate stand.  

Ø    The artist will select one piece from their collection to be judged.

Ø    Artist must bring their own display units (easels, tables, etc)

ARTWORK PICKUP:

bulletArt work must be removed at the close of the show on September 2, 2007 after 8:00 pm.
