Linda Bollenbach and Don Brookens are co-creators of Brook In The
Thicket Jewelry.
Working from their home studio in Anna, IL, the couple design 14k gold
and sterling silver pieces with "EARTH BASED" themes inspired
by their exploration of nature.
Natural gemstones, crystals and beads highlight the work.
Linda and Don also create
unique miniature sculpture in sterling silver.
Both jewelry and sculpture are created by lost wax casting
and traditional hand fabricated methods.
Often combinations of these processes are used in a
single work, producing true one-of-a-kind designs.
Don and Linda are members of the
Associated Artists' Gallery (Carbondale, IL),
Illinois Artisans Program and
Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen.
Linda is also an avid photographer and considered a
Native American craftsman.
